For what it’s worth it sounds like it’s the desperation.
If you’re risking money you “can’t loose,” for money you “have to make,” you’ll never be in a strong enough position psychologically to make the right moves when they matter most.
You can try absolute contrarian - do everything opposite that you want to do in those moments - but my guess is you’ve evolved just enough to make that dangerous too.
Take a breather, get some perspective, and if you come back start small and stay small. STAY RHE HELL AWAY FROM MARGIN - and WIN by a thousand tiny cuts rather than everything everywhere all at once.
