Die Werke sind ja ausgelastet, aktuell mehr denn je. Für Emden sind bereits jetzt schon für nächstes Jahr diverse Überstunden und mehrere Samstage angedacht. Mitarbeiter aus den Standorten, die vor Monaten nach Wolfsburg mussten um dort Golf und Tiguan zu bauen, sollen nun wieder zurück. 
Es gibt für die Standorte noch kein Nachfolgemodell. Der ID Tiguan auf der neuen SSP Plattform soll ins Ausland und nicht in Emden produziert werden. Für den Nachfolger vom ID7 gibt es Ideen aber nichts konkretes.  Der ID3 läuft aus und wird durch den ID Golf ersetzt, ebenfalls auf der SSP Plattform. Dieser soll in Wob gebaut werden.

Mr. Deshmukh from HR has done irreparable damage to the office culture, an office where PubMatic had their last hope of being saved.
They always do the same thing: give numbers that are lower than what they can ideally achieve and then achieve slightly more. That “achieving a little more” comes from creating multiple products, offerings, or “solutions” every quarter. So many distractions and unachievable goals to all of us.
Look at the split: their SSP business has gone down, while their so-called AI systems are being run by the India office team. By using buzzwords like “AI” and achieving quarterly results by understating the numbers beforehand, they are somehow managing to keep the boat afloat.
