Why would it matter at this stage? They really need A LOT to cover their debt and pay for Nagar shares, which they couldn't afford, they will do a RS eventually to stay above 1$ (nagar will continue dropping the stock) and they will price in any offering to get some cash to cover Nagar's losses and their debts. SCWO is dead crap, turns out firing 10% of your shares isn't the smartest move.

SCWO will become the next NVNI if you don't take the reverse split risk seriously.

People are way too scared about SCWO. It’s making it hard for the stock to get a stable spot. It’s a real shame.

I do not think that's an insane take. You are providing arguments saying service industries are more profitable, which I didn't deny, I spoke particularly about SCWO previously, saying that THEY are crap and won't do good with their service lol.

once again, that's not the product, they offer a service around their technology, not the device alone, that they can sell and keep stable cashflow.
Dilution risks are not reasonable for all of the pennystocks, for SCWO it's looking for a helping hand, screaming in hell.

The concerns about dilution are reasonable although I'd argue that's pretty much true of all penny stocks.
Saying they don't have a product is verifiably false information though. Either your information is outdated or you're being deliberately misleading.
374Water (SCWO) has the AirSCWO device that eliminates hazardous and non-hazardous waste. They also secured 4 contracts in the past year to deploy this product at various levels (municipal, county and state). And they've demoed for the DoD so clearly they're working on a contract with the DoD.
So yes, dilution risks abound, governance risks abound but you're either wrong or lying about the product side.

SCWO getting contracts and orders, building up the momentum now, expecting bigger projects to start before december, sitting only at .4 now

The problem is that their revenues are incomparable really. SCWO is doing way worse, whereas DFLI is becoming less unprofitable (we're still talking about pennystocks)
1.2m revenue of SCWO vs 16M revenue of DFLI. SCWO is 45mcap, DFLI is 145mcap

I'm surprised you put SCWO at the top of this list for such small reasons. There is 0 chance of delisting - the reverse split is the cure to that - it's not ideal but we all knew it was coming and the big scary news release and the subsequent sell-off has already happened now.
The dilution risk is pretty minimal for a penny stock, they diluted 2m shares in the first 6 months of the year (that's 1.5% of outstanding shares) and they raised $7m from their current ATM offering - half the amount they were authorised to raise but enough to keep them going until about Q3 2026. So clearly they only plan to dilute as much as they need and no more.
Nagar is probably only selling because he needs cash for personal reasons, he sold no shares last Friday even though the stock was higher than any other time he sold last week. If his plan was to get out at any cost he would be selling more, and would have done so a long time ago.

The SCWO situation is unfortunate, and Nagar will be a thorn in their side for some time to come. They do have a very good product tho, and it seems people are catching on. Will probably be swing trading this for a while before entering a more permanent position at the beginning of next year
