Not trying to be rude, very new to this, but it seems SCHD has increased double in the past 5 years compared to QQQE. What makes QQQE stand to gain more?

SCHD will get you dividends, sure. But QQQE stands to gain a lot more growth over time, overall you'll do a lot better.
And unless all of this is inside an IRA, you'll have tax drag from the dividends every year.
