Maybe you’re not aware much of LNTH. They were a small company. Less than $1B market cap not too long ago. In order to expand their pipeline and grow they had to acquire. Had they not acquired PGNX they would never have the cash flow to fund a share repurchase program or to fund new M&A. You talk about Pylarify, that’s all because of M&A. The sub sector is fragmented and was due for consolidation. LNTH put themselves in the position to be one of the benefactors of this consolidation.
Mark this post, the share price will be between $150 and $200 sometime this year. They will be submitting their NDA to the FDA for their Alzheimer’s diagnostic this year and should also be collecting royalties/milestone payments on Pyclari and Flurpiridaz sometime this year that’s not modeled into Wall Sts numbers.
Take care buddy!

I’ve been a shareholder since 2017. How do you think they grew to current size? They acquired PGNX. That’s how they got Pylarify. The whole radiotheranostics category is consolidating through M&A because there are many smaller companies that don’t have the cash to bring their assets to market. LLY bought POINT. Fusion was acquired by AstraZenca. So your assessment on M&A is wrong. It’s not only LNTH doing M&A. The M&A is a validation of what’s to come. Radiotherapuatics will probably change the standard of care for how many cancers are treated. It’s a HUGE OPPORTUNITY and represents a NEW MARKET. As for the collaborations, that is the norm across the entire biotech sector. Nothing strange about it. It’s how risk is shared in the industry. The players do it as well.
