My man. Stay TF away from MARA. Ive been in it for years and more than id put into a lot of plays. I firmly believe in the company and think they are so far ahead in thier space its bananas. But its been heavily shorted for years and its deep deep into BTC winter right now.
Plus everyone is still jerking off over AI. Could be a while before yoh see this bad boy do anything.

Buy the other ones that haven't signed leases yet. KEEL, CLSK, MARA, and there's probably a bunch more of these ex-BTC mining pivots. Keel just had a nice dip, not a bad time to get in.
