LXEH has been trading under the $1 mark since October 2025. With the official Nasdaq deficiency notice received in November, they have until **May 18, 2026**, to regain compliance.
Looking at their history, they are "Serial Splitters"—having done reverse splits in both 2024 and 2025 to stay afloat. Currently sitting at \~$0.20, they need a 400%+ organic move or another massive RS (likely 1:10 or 1:20) to hit that $1 requirement for 10 consecutive days.
Is anyone still playing this or is the pivot to vocational education too little, too late? Are we waiting for the "compliance pump" or is this heading straight to the Pink Sheets?
Would love to hear your exit strategies or if you think they’ll pull another RS rabbit out of the hat.
