Thanks! I’ve been looking into them for the past few hours, so I can answer a few of the questions you had.
Note: This all happened before they became SEGG (formerly traded as $LTRY — Lottery[dot].com)
The expansion into Mexico originally happened back in early 2021. That was part of a fraud scheme — it was a $9 million transaction to inflate their revenues. Prior to their merger with Trident there was another fraudulent transaction for $30 million. After they merged and IPO’d, they made two more fraudulent transactions amounting to an additional $35 million+. All of this was done to inflate revenues.
As for what happened between 2022-2025: A class action complaint was filed against Lottery[dot].com and associates in August of 2022. The complaint alleged that they made materially false and misleading statements in violation of multiple sections of the Exchange Act.
As September 5th, 2025, the SEC got filed a motion to intervene, and are currently pursuing cases against the old CEO, CFO, and CRO.
They were delisted from May 26th, 2023 to June 15th, 2023. This happened due to being non-compliant with NASDAQ “bid price requirements” and “timely filing requirements.”
Since the original class action complaint, they have gone through significant restructuring, with a completely new set of directors and executive officers. In July 2025, Lottery[dot].com began doing business as SEGG Media, as well as the acquisition of Sports[dot].com
Overall, their end goal with the various acquisitions is kinda confusing. I’m hoping they are good now, but they have pretty consistently missed the deadlines on their 10-K’s and 10-Q’s. The Polymarket news is promising, so I guess we will see.
