You will feel better when you invest in companies you know and understand what they do. Investing in all over the place and knowing nothing will contribute to anxiety. Chasing the herd for quick gains is not investing.
Case in point: HOVR recently had a run up to $2.80, then they announce mystery investor wants to buy under 10 million shares (or 16% of the company's shares). Investors tend to freak out with anything that mentions 'dilution' and how it is bad bad and time to take your $ and run. So it drops 65 cents. Seasoned investors understand exactly what's going on and how it is a good thing. HOVR is now running back up in share price to previous price within 2 business days. A rare double green hammer is being formed within 6 trading days. The main point is if you knew and understand what you're invested in, then you'll have more patience with the ups and downs that the market throws at you. Buyers are firmly in control of HOVR and the mystery investor has not yet to be revealed.
