Do you realize at $200 even if they did no dilution whatsoever (no chance), its market cap would be greater than Subaru?
Of course they’re almost certainly going to dilute to about 500M shares, at which point its market cap would be $100M…almost twice that of Ford…almost as much as Lockheed.
$200 is insane. HOVR says they could scale to up to 200 aircraft a year which is about 1/4 of all the helicopters sold in the world last year. Even if they managed to sell that many at an average cost of $10M each, that’s only $2B in annual revenue. Which means at $100B market cap, they’d have to trade at 50x sales.
It’s definitely gonna be a long hold alright. You gonna be holding until Boeing buys them out and then still wait another 50 years after that.

Helicopter’s are not exactly a booming business. The biggest player is Lockheed and that’s strictly military.
So I looked it up. HOVR projects to cost $5-$10M per aircraft, about the same as a comparable helicopter.
On one hand, I don’t see this being any more common than helicopters. I’m not a pilot so I don’t know about any benefits or drawbacks, but it will likely be a very niche market. But not a lot of customers out there with $5-$10M to spend on an experimental aircraft. Only \~800 comparable helicopters were sold in 2025.
On the other hand, if they can sell 200 per year as planned at $6-$7M each, that’s $1.2-$1.4B in annual revenue.
I can’t imagine it being more profitable than helicopters, which are low margins at around 8%, so you probably want to keep your multiplier expectations low. If we assume 2x sales, that’s $2.4-$2.8B market cap.
The real problem is dilution. This is going to be a very capital intensive business and with only 66M shares outstanding, they are likely to do like ONDS and dilute 500% over the next 2-3 years.
If we assume they only dilute to 200M shares at a $2.6B market cap, that gives you $13/share. Far less than the $200 OP is aiming for, but given their current $1.60 share price that’s still pretty excellent.
In order to sell 200 a year, that would assume either demand for helicopters suddenly explodes or HOVR happens to capture about 30% market share. Both seem pretty unlikely very soon.

I agree it’s gonna be a long hold but I’d like to believe HOVR will have a market outside of Canada which we’ve already seen with Australia. This could potentially bring in the demand but I’m in it for the long haul.

All of them combined aren't reaching $200 any time soon. HOVR will provide really good gains within like 5 years but nowhere near enough demand to get to that crazy number

HOVR is selling a solution to a wide range of clients for more everyday purposes than the regular EVTOL companies. Where the competitors are looking for a Air Taxi market that really isn’t for certain just yet, HOVR is building an aircraft for emergency response, military operations and the transportation of goods to remote communities all over the world. They have a hybrid aircraft which gives them longer range City to City abilities. Will Air Taxis be a major thing in the future? Maybe, but I like HOVRs position regardless. They make the aircraft for the problem.

All in on AUR. Self-driving tech is closer to being a reality in terms of less human control and trucking is a great place to get in. TLT and LTL rates are going to push higher as oil goes higher. ONDS Drones are hard to market commercially. HOVR faces too many regulatory hurdles. INDI is going to get acquired if they have any success.
