The thing with pre-revenue names is dilution. HOVR did two raises within about a month earlier this year. You can be completely right about the technology and still do badly, because by the time it works you own a fraction of what you started with.
On actually valuing them, you can't model forward with no revenue, but you can reverse it. Work out what revenue and margin today's market cap already implies, then ask whether that's plausible. Much easier question than guessing at a fair value.

Comme les frais IBKR sont peu élevés, rentrer par paliers de 100 à 300 max par ordre, et attention c'est très important : UNIQUEMENT dans des journées où c'est rouge sur les marchés , comme hier par exemple (-5% ou plus sur une action sur laquelle on avait l'intention d'investir, alors qu'il n'y a pas eu de changements dans les fondamentaux, c'est cadeau).
Faire un suivi régulier pour dénicher des nouvelles opportunités ou renforcer les positions.

How do you price originality? Investors really struggle with this idea.
Some investors completey discredit companies original products or services and only care about revenue and income. Other investors build their entire portfolio around companies with original products and services because they understand how valuable a new idea can be.
Personally, I believe companies that are doing something completely new or different offer the highest potential returns. Companies like SPCX, HOVR, POET, ONDS all have products and technology that no other companies have. For this reason, Redditors fight to the bitter end trying to assign a fair value to these companies.
Would love to hear about more companies that have a totally original product or provide an original service, and hear how you determine a fair valuation for these type of companies.
I have small positions in the 4 companies I mentioned and simultaneously believe they are completely overvalued and undervalued. But at the end of the day, I have high hopes in their future, because they do something different.

HOVR is going to partner with bombardier/bombardier defense or Mitsubishi for manufacturing most likely.
Canada has a substantial amount of programs in which billion dollar companies (Bell, Lockheed, etc) are forced to give millions of dollars or free equipment or kind works to SMBs which Hovr is. This is called ITB, HOVR already received it once and are most likely going to keep receiving it. Canada is also boosting their defense budget and focus on aerospace and the defense procurement secretary has already publicly spoken about how horizon is an industry partner.
On defense it’ll most likely be Lockheed or Northrop.
HOVR isn’t going to need a billion dollars to certify… the reason why all of these other companies have incredibly high cap-ex is because they are making full electric. Vehicles which means complete vertical integration and a substantially harder certification path.
HOVRs closest competitor is BETA, there’s a reason why they’re partnered now for engineering.
I can keep going but it’s important for people to do their own DD.

How is HOVR going to succeed if it does not have any backers like the other EVTOL companies? Prototyping to Certification to Manufacturing can easily cost over a $1 billion.

Most my moneys in ASTS. Should be above 100 again in 3-6 months between beta and comercialization, decent entry at 66.
ONDS in fun but it was in the 6s not long ago, they dilute a lot and macros still terrible. 7s could be a good entry for a long hold, save some cash to buy a dip.

NBIS and friends also dipped a lot today. I bought some KEEL and HIVE, of which KEEL is pretty close to its 3 month low.
