My LCS is paying like -$4 back of spot on generic bullion, -$3 back on foreign .999 coins, and like -$1-$1.50 back on ASE’s based on the mint year. The only thing where he’s a bit rough right now is that he’s paying -$10 on constitutional based on $1 FV. But even he said that it’s mostly because the refiners aren’t taking it.
