No need to wait 90 days the guy saying that has no clue. You can visit FCA.gov.uk and file a case against them. They are breaching the UK banking license.

Way to many red flags.
No trader or platform can promise 10% every month. It is illegal to even say that in the UK. They can post past performance and must say that it is no indication of future performance.
A FCA warning should be enough to make you walk away. To operate a broker they should have easily checked registrations etc.
Thit type of scam usually has the victim deposited funds. They claim great profits and invite you to deposit more. As soon as you ask for money out they say you need to send them money to cover tax.
The victim never gets their money back.

Hi everyone,
I'm hoping to get some honest, first-hand feedback before making any decisions.
I was referred to \*\*Cameron ("Noremac") Newell\*\* through Facebook, where someone recommended him as an experienced Bitcoin trader and mentor. He contacted me and offered to help me trade BTC using the \[TraderPathFinder\](https://traderpathfinder.com/) platform, with an expected \*\*10% profit\*\*. Process would look like I top BTC up to my \[TraderPathFinder\](https://traderpathfinder.com/) account, he connects it to his trading system where he can set positions on my money witouth having privilege for withdrawal
Before investing, I started doing some due diligence. I found a few things that gave me pause:
\* There appears to be an FCA warning mentioning TradePath Finders / traderpathfinder.com.
\* I was shown a UK certificate of incorporation, but I'm having trouble independently verifying the company details.
\* The website itself looks professional, but I can't find much long-term independent information or user feedback.
I asked Cameron about these concerns, and while he responded politely, I still don't feel I've been able to verify everything independently.
I'm \*\*not accusing anyone of being a scammer\*\*—I'm simply trying to do proper due diligence before sending any money.
Has anyone here:
\* Worked with Cameron ("Noremac") Newell?
\* Used TraderPathFinder?
\* Successfully withdrawn profits?
\* Had either positive or negative experiences?
I'm especially interested in \*\*first-hand experiences\*\* rather than speculation.
Thanks in advance—I appreciate any information that can help me make an informed decision.

Good instinct spotting elev8 early. For "trusted" the only real filter is regulation, check the broker's on a serious regulator's site (FCA, CySEC, ASIC, Central Bank of Ireland) and verify the license number. Of your list IBKR is the most solid regulation-wise, the others lean on offshore entities for retail, which is where the withdrawal horror stories come from.
Since you hold a week or two, swap/overnight fees are actually your biggest hidden cost on XAU/BTC/Nasdaq, they quietly eat a chunk over multiple days. So I'd look specifically for a regulated broker with a swap-free option. AvaTrade for example has swap-free/Islamic accounts and covers gold, BTC and Nasdaq, which suits holding for days without the overnight bleed. Just read the swap-free terms (some add an admin fee after X days or slightly wider spreads), no free lunch.
What's your style, more swinging the Nasdaq or riding gold trends? Because that changes which swap structure actually saves you money.
