All of the clean energy/electric car ETFs are beat down (CTEC, BATT, RNRG, ICLN, FDRV, EVMT) and are probably still under $15. Renewable energy seems viable but I'd stay away from EVs.
I'm waiting for oil & gas to come down to my price point so I can buy more. I like the energy sector; worst returns year-to-date = biggest potential for large gains
As was said, small cap value has been dragging and has just started to move up. I think it will be a slow climb but this may be a good entry point
