Don't forget the major boost in efficacy to Keytruda from DRTS turning "cold" (invisible to Keytruda) tumors into "hot" (visible to Keytruda) tumors. With how well Keytruda works and sells now, with the patent cliff, being able to pair with this makes it very attractive.

Even if it goes exactly as this dude expects, DRTS still has at the very least skin cancer, and I’m 100% certain that you don’t want a radioactive drug that targets the entire skin organ in your bloodstream.

Wooden, you have street credibility on Telix but you apparently know nothing about Alpha Tau Medical.
First, Telix won’t be treating anyone with GBM until at least 2030. By then, DRTS will be the first-line standard of care for rGBM and Telix will be viewed as a complementary systemic treatment.
Second, DRTS has achieved two complete responses in rGBM. Telix has achieved not one.
In fact, the only complete response Telix ever received in glioma was the FDA’s Complete Response Letter on the Pixclara imaging NDA, asking for more confirmatory clinical evidence.
Don’t go betting against DRTS because you’re in love with something that has a Phase 3 based on a Phase 1 (n≈10) and an 8-patient investigator-initiated Phase 2, neither randomized, neither showing a response endpoint. You know they skipped a proper randomized Phase 2.
Your street credibility is the only reason I’m asking you to think before telling people a platform that does rGBM, PDAC PanC, Prostate, Colorectal, skin, head & neck and works in combination with checkpoint inhibitors like Keytruda is going to be replaced by a systemic GBM drug that never hit an endpoint and never got a single CR.

Because it’s not actually a good therapy or realistic valuation and they downvote anyone to shit who tries to explain why. I’ve given up trying. Let them get rug pulled. DRTS is even worse. Mentioning either in the same breath as Moderna is like bringing up Steven Seagal in a discussion about Mohammed Ali.

I did do my research. DRTS is going to zero once Telix's TLX101 is approved.

DRTS - want to see more patients tested but so far: only good news across multiple cancers and even the elderly and frail in one study

For DRTS - I don’t know how anyone can put their money behind a trial with 9 people

Heavily invested in SLS CAI and DRTS. Have great expectations long term for all 3, but SLS has the most near term potential.
After the Merck/Moderna event I think your timing is perfect. We may see a meaningful rotation into best in class oncology and adjacent life sciences names

Can’t speak to the others (could be great and I wish them nothing but the best!), but DRTS is sitting at a 1B market cap, while it has so many indications, each of which can… Here’s two examples:
Moderna just added 40B+ to its market cap off Keytruda results, and DRTS is expected to show even better results with Keytruda.
RVMD is worth 40B+ for their PanC treatment, and DRTS is expected to show even better results and they could also work together.
Those are just two examples, then you add all the rest like GBM, Lungs, Breast… any solid tumor.
DRTS is on the way to become an industry leader, yet still valued as a speculative play at best. Institutional ownership double last quarter, and as results keep coming that will probably continue to happen.
NFA and DYOR, but this is my favorite stock and I believe the best opportunity on the market.

I’m currently sitting in SLS. My plan if SLS succeeds and gets bought out is to move a portion of the gains into DRTS.
Both seem extremely promising.

I'm $230k on SLS. Only have 100 shares of DRTS at $9. Shoulda bought more.
I say do both. CADL is also good, buy the dips.

DRTS is still early phases, still needs FDA approval and will have some expenses and possibly dilution if/when the ramp up production.
That said - they keep producing trial results that are better than anyone expected. It’s not just one or two, but many many trials where the response has been way better than anticipated, across many cancer types. There’s a ton to look forward to with this company.
SLS is a different situation. They are planning to be bought out, so dilution and commercialization aren’t really concerns. It’s a straight up approval play on its 2 drugs, and based on the available data the approval odds are high.
I’m heavily invested in both. Nothing in biotech is risk free, but in my opinion the asymmetry is very attractive of these 2.

I would suggest DRTS over SLS (as someone who got into SLS when the price was $3 and the risk to reward was better). DRTS is not hyped as much but it has incredible momentum right now.
