Definitely some rumors of market manipulation/insider trading going on. This whole thing has been non-sensical from a global perspective. It was DT's administration that investigated and declared that they had no nukes but a big talking point of this war was stopping them from gaining nuclear capability. Him announcing every two seconds that they're close to a deal just for it to be torpedoed (pun intended) shortly thereafter. No attempts to check Israel despite them basically doing everything in their power to undermine whatever negotiations are being made and for the love of all things holy..can someone please remove the keyboard from his hands on Truth Social.
The midterms are going to be a bloodbath. I'm located in Canada and the Conservatives (our version of the republicans) were basically cruising to a victory due to the Liberals (read Democrats) mismanagement of immigration. Basically opened the floodgates post covid and this has affected the Canadian economy negatively in just about any way you could imagine. DJT came in like a wrecking ball with his cabinet of misfits and turned the election on its head. Liberals won by a landslide because people didn't want to any association with the conservatives.

The company merged with a [SPAC-Special-purpose acquisition company](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special-purpose_acquisition_company) called Digital World Acquisition Corp (DWAC) because it failed to meet the financial requirements to be listed on the NASDAQ.
They changed the ticker from DWAC to DJT. He also previously used the DJT for one of his failed casinos.
After the merger the stock peaked at around $72. There is some speculation that this was foreign money being passed to the stock.
Today the stock trades at $9. Look for this failure with the next couple of years.
