If you are truely Bogleing. I would be absolutely shocked if Vanguard could find anyone that would pay interest to borrow your diversified ETFs or mutual funds
This is more about loaning out volatile stocks (aka SPCX, DJT, MU etc.) to someone (through Vanguard) that wants to short them. You can't short a stock out of thin air you have to borrow the shares from someone first. If the short interest is large there is a corresponding large demand for borrowed shares which makes the borrowed share interest rate rise.

Doesn't Ellison own some movie studio and paid Mr DJT some ridiculous amount as 'compensation' because lawfare?
I gather this is him returning the favour with taxpayer money. If there's any other companies he has controlling interests in, I assume they'll get some of the largesse too now.

So you won two times. Think it’s three because how the heck do you suppose i will remember what I don’t want to so. Secondly i would love to have an official third term. But alas we have something like a law that prevents these action’s. But here’s the kicker you guys. I’ll just overturn anything blame Biden for the fact that i need to do this to protect the United States of Idiocracy.
But hey. I’ll be the last president ever. Because you can make dam sure that if I can’t have it. Nobody can have it.
And this the second civil war was started. People always thought it was gonna be rich against poor. Or because of color or religious believes. Nope. It started because a man-child didn’t want to give up his money grabbing scam. And it’s all the democrats fault for not giving me the third time.
Thank for your attention

US have the law that enables them to *not* pay their bonds, if they deem them to be a danger to the US. So it's really like "we have your balls in the vise, you have ours in the vise". If anybody starts to sell their bonds, that will lower the price for the others, countries will lose money.
It's tricky, "the West" put their eggs in the US basket. Then DJT came and ruined it all. But, he is just a messenger, it would happen in 10-20 years anyway. USA is stepping down. Ni Hao, China.

>Or someone in DJT camp just leaked info since this is the leakiest POTUS administration ever & people are frontrunning the next TACO.
I doubt we see an actual TACO anytime soon, Trump has tried to broker a ceasefire multiple times the past 2 weeks only for the Iranians to keep refusing openly. Instead Iran has played the Houthi card, which they didnt in round 1, they're not going to give up recent leverage without getting massive concessions up front (de jure control over the Strait with the ability to charge tolls, tens of billions in frozen assets releases, end of the blockade, sanctions relief) which Trump is either unwilling or unable to provide.
I expect today is a combination of profit taking, consolidation (oil is way up in the past week and past month), and *hopes* for a TACO that isnt coming.

I’m trying to separate the hype from the reality.
Did David Sacks actually accomplish anything meaningful for Bitcoin while serving as the White House AI & Crypto Czar, or was he mostly a symbolic appointment and political payback from DJT?
Specifically:
* What concrete policies, executive actions, or regulatory changes can be directly attributed to Sacks?
* Did he have any real influence over Bitcoin adoption or crypto regulation?
* Were there any promises that never materialized?
* If he had never been appointed, would anything have played out differently?
I’m not looking for partisan takes. I’m looking for evidence. What did he actually do versus what he got credit for?
Interested in hearing from people who’ve followed the policy side closely.

We're gonna give the Saudis nukilla. The best most beautiful nukilla that the middle east has ever seen. Very different to the nasty iran nukilla. The Saudis said they are sorry for 911. I... DJT.. believe them because they are great friends with beautiful OIL. Not as beautiful as American oil but almost.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
