TAE has been at it for 28 years but hasn't even proven energy capabilities in the lab. They're first power plant is supposed to begin construction some time later this year funded by the merger with DJT but that plant won't be producing power until sometime in 2031, and that is based of the extremely generous timeline set by TAE themselves.
The merger is going to greatly dilute the DJT stock, like a 50/50 split I believe.
DJT will be funding the build out of the fusion facility, but DJT is bleeding money with a 400 million dollar loss for the 1st quarter of this year plus it holds a bunch of bitcoin that they bought a premium...their bitcoin losses are around $455 million.
I'm not saying TAE will never be profitable or that nuclear fusion energy won't be a big thing, but this merger is suspect and I wouldn't trust it. Almost everything Trump touches turns to shit...not financial advice.

A few questions:
Are there any fusion reactors that produce more energy than they consume yet?
If there are - does this company have that technology?
How long does it take to build a fusion reactor?
I am assuming the answer to the first 2 is no. Since if it was real then you'd be seeing actual real news on it. And I am assuming the answer to the last question is a half decade if not more. All not relevant since Trump won't be in office then and I don't imagine a Dem doing DJT any favors.

No, not at all. But my answer to his question is factually correct. The only thing I am starting to lean into is that bear/bull four year cycles are starting to get shorter and some alts are decoupling from BTC.
I have been accumulating ETH, SOL, XRP, hbar, DOGE (dont judge me), and ADA which I finally sold because it is not following that pattern at all and every low and every high for the last 8 years have only declined so I removed it.
The only given is BTC and even thats still questionable on its ability to not start a global financial meltdown at this point in investment capital.
Some ath still haven't reached the 2021 levels which that bear run took a lot of wind out of the crypto sails and has continued to keep a lot of $$ out of it however that retail investor drop is finally being replaced with commercial capital and a lot of it. But there is no guarantee other than rich people will get richer regardless of market performance, a lot of us normal folks will lose a lot of money on get rich quick ideals, corrupt/mismanaged crypto firms, scam tokens, or cashing out at the bottom of a bear because they dont have the stomach for it (and I don't blame them other than shouldn't have got in to begin with) and then some retail investors will make money.
The only thing I am assuming is that the market will recover but tbh, DJT is a wild card and everything he touches turns to shit.

It should be commentary on the justice system though. There are people that were convicted of felonies for their actions on J6, and they were let free by the man who orchestrated J6 and was impeached over it.
On the flipside you have people that simply touched the water or floating pieces of paint and they are in a cell right now.
Both are giant flaws of the justice system. If DJT didnt exist, no part of the cartoon would exist.
