My Roth IRA is currently through Schwab and I’m looking to do a transfer to fidelity as all my other accounts are there.
I have an equity (formerly CGRN) in Schwab that went bankrupt and was delisted. There is a CUSIP number (14067D607) in my Schwab account and the company is working to get current on SEC filings before listing again. Schwab account shows cost basis and quantity of shares but N/A for everything else.
Should I wait to do a TOA to Fidelity until this company sorts out their ticker and re-lists? Any other general advice for a TOA?
