He literally got all his money from government contracts. Both Tesla and SpaceX. He almost bancrupted Tesla multiple times and only got safes by the former founder and scamming his way into government contracts through he to this day undelivered promise of changing batteries in 90s. Look it up the CARB battery change scandal in 2013. that and countless stock price manipulations you should be well aware of. He is a fraud and always will be.
