For sure; thanks for taking it seriously, as for some reason this sub has hated on $CAPS for almost a year now. Low-float Chinese P&D? Yes please. Legitimate US business with an interesting turnaround story, subsidiaries with 30 years experience in dominating their industry EACH (one in the US, one in Canada, now together as Capstone), low float & locked up share structure, etc? No thanks... Nobody realizes that they only pivoted to their current business model in March 2025, so the rest of the chart being negative is irrelevant; yes it's negative, but not as exaggerated.
Seriously, if you take out a few days in the past year the average volume of this stock has been below 1M for a year straight. People think low volume is such a crime but most of these stocks that pop off are low-volume before they pop off. Again, if it's a company that has a legit thesis, the pop could start to stick, kinda like what's happening to $STAK.
I could go on & on; I was deep into this stock at one point, have done serious DD. It has its bad qualities too (financing more than anything) but FWIW, as a penny stock, it's one of the cleanest setups I've ever seen. PR is solid, shows nonstop positive developments, management is transparent, even doing a Q&A earlier this year.
Thanks again for taking it seriously & for letting me share. I said this a while ago & I'll keep saying it: the only thing this stock needs is more people looking at it. A comment about $CAPS in the thread from a few different people & not just me goes a long way. They've got my number & instantly downvote anything I post about it to shit. I could make a full-blown post but those also get downvoted or taken down & it's not worth my time.
It's almost as if there are some people trying to load up or get it as low as they can to load (or get it delisted). Ther're serious forces at work but don't get me started 🤣

Never mind the fact that [$CAPS' cost to borrow is \~66% & it's been elevated for weeks, months even, days to cover is showing as 6](https://fintel.io/ss/us/caps), & earnings are coming up where they've forecasted being EBIDTA-positive in Q2... 🤙

Fuck iff what an idiot. Hell the only thing he missed was putting his latest bs in lower case versus his usual ALL CAPS

Sure go ahead & pump $RUBI that’s literally been scamming people for years.
&WU’s float is literally negative, nonexistent 😉 I haven’t had this much conviction in something since I was calling out $CAPS @ $.18…

OCD, the actual condition (as opposed to the internet version "I like things clean and am fussy about organisation") is hell and can easily ruin lives.
Anytime dealing with that has my greatest sympathies (unless they're my enemy).
Addressing it is definitely the wise thing to do.
The therapy currently in vogue, ERP, is well-backed by evidence and although it sounds like just about the most daunting thing for the particular condition, it really does have a good reputation from what I've seen. It can be self-guided (kind of has to be, mostly) and even though it's a good idea to have a therapist walk you through it to begin with, you needn't consult anyone and can DIY the whole thing if you want to.
But OCD is complex, and it's *strongly* associated with neurobiological issues, and so it's not in the least bit a foolish suggestion to *consider* pairing a psychological approach with psychiatric medication. At the same time, it is perfectly sensible to attempt the pure therapy approach first.
SSRIs *are*, in my opinion, handed out and treated very casually when they can be enormously impactful drugs and still a poorly-understood blunt instrument.
That doesn't stop them being life-changingly effective for millions, though.
SNRI drugs are a related category and often find use prescribed specifically for disorders of anxiety.
It is common and normal that someone might have to try several medications before finding one which works for them. An initial swing and miss is not indicative of being resistant to treatment.
GPs can prescribe the lot, but if you've the stomach for it you can go a psychiatrist who specialises in the condition and get their recommended juice if you like.
N.B. Psychologists can talk to you, Psychiatrists can prescribe.
The thing is, you're medicating it *right now*, only with a highly addictive drug of dependency well known to inflict a really broad variety of physical and psychological harm that only gets worse with time and quantity.
Swapping that out with an SSRI might be the best deal of your life.
But not Venlafaxine (effexor), seriously, definitely not that. You'll see a billion takes about withdrawal from that drug and they are all criminally understated, even the ones in ALL CAPS and no punctuation.
The booze will fuck you up in fifty ways and won't help you fight back against your OCD.
Giving the grog the arse will bring you enormous benefit even independent from anything else.
The exercise is absolutely a golden ticket and for sure you should add a day. If you're not spending your intervening nights necking a bottle of wine each night then your girlfriend may well be happy with the quality\quantity trade-off value proposition.
It's not a nice conversation to have to have with someone closer, to tell them that they're hitting the sauce too hard. They never want to hear it. If you can do it, it wouldn't be the worst idea to at the very least say "thanks for caring enough to broach the topic", even if you do think it's not entirely without ulterior motive.
She's right, though, that's a fucked intake and it'll get ya if you don't fight it. How fucked is it? Well, when I saw the comment, before I checked the name I thought it might be by halfsloshed downplaying his sins, that's how fucked it is.
Good luck.
