It also provides multi-family and commercial real estate loans that are secured by apartment buildings, office buildings, retail centers, warehouses, and industrial buildings; construction and development loans; residential mortgage loans; and commercial and industrial loans, such as loans to businesses for equipment purchases, working capital, debt refinancing or restructuring, business acquisition or expansion, and small business administration, as well as domestic standby letters of credit. In addition, the company offers home equity loans and home equity lines of credit; and consumer loans consisting of student loans, automobile loans, recreational vehicle and boat loans, deposit account loans, and overdraft protection lines of credit, as well as unsecured consumer loans, including loans through credit card programs. Further, it provides equity and debt securities, mutual fund investments, and tax-deferred annuities; life, disability, long-term care, and property and casualty insurance products; financial advisory and other brokerage-related services; and financial planning and third-party-administered trust services.
