Yeah, until the terms of the buyout are announced, ( if it happens, it says "bnding term sheet ) it's hard to tell what PayMate might pay per share.
If it's about $300 million for the equity of FAAS and $100 million to assume debt, that might end up being around $5 per share. In that case the warrants *might* be worth 50 to 60 cents, Black Scholes.
Was in same boat as you, 4 cent warrants from APACW days, so sold half at 15 cents, will watch the other half and hope the buyout goes through.
