For UAE the thing I'd prioritise is a broker with a local/regional regulator, not just an offshore entity, because that's what actually backs you if a withdrawal gets messy. Exness and Captial are big but a lot of their UAE flow sits under offshore arms.
AvaTrade has a Middle East entity regulated by the ADGM/FSRA in Abu Dhabi, which helps on reliability and disputes. I can't vouch for ENBD specifically since bank routing varies, so honestly the smartest move is to open the account, fund small, and test a withdrawal to your ENBD before you scale up. That's the only way you'll really know your rails work.
General rule, don't judge withdrawals off online reviews (people only post when they're angry), test it yourself with a small amount. Anyone here actually UAE-based and withdrawing to ENBD regularly?
