Something similar to that happened with 26 Capital Acquisition ( ADER ADERW ).
A creditor ( Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP ) sued, which put a [hold on the liquidation](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/26-capital-acquisition-corp-announces-hold-to-liquidation-301946237.html). Haven't heard if the liquidation later proceeded and if so, at the full NAV payout.
It looks like DWAC accrued over $15 million in legal fees. If DWAC is forced to liquidate, not sure the sponsors would step up to pay those fees. If not, something similar might happen to DWAC.
