For sure material, even if it takes time to get there.
SK changed their land permitting system for light gasses this year, making it much more expensive to get them. They lowed the cost to carry the acres you do have though, so it will lower their operating cost a bit.
Under the hood it changes their EV adjusted cost per acre pretty substantially. Under their old footprint at this price it's something like 260/acre, and with the new lot it drops down to 170/acre. I think the first target zone they have in the new bundle is being called Aurora, and it'll be interesting to see if they shift one of their 6 drilles currently planned into the new package to step out the play again.
