I wouldn't compare US Airlines to CAD airlines directly like so. AC is much smaller in scale compared to US airlines. If you are comparing them at the same level, than AC is half the value of Delta in all financial aspects and is vastly undervalued.
As for porter, porter is peanuts to AC. AC is catching more of the CATSA traffic and you can't deny that. As for fleets, AC is expanding 90 new aircrafts by 2028 as per their 2028 goal announced during investors day in DEC.
And yes jet fuel does have a huge influence on revenue. Lower fuel cost is beneficial for AC. DAL just had a great quarter thanks to lower jet fuel costs added in.
