The acquisition of the Brazilian asset by USAR shows that Round Top is a bad asset and won’t get into production.
Furthermore, the rare earths themselves are not rare. It is the processing that is the bottleneck.
If you want a cheaply traded Canadian company in this space look at CoTec Holdings (TSXV:CTH). It makes 100x more sense and is actively in discussions with the US government on their processing facility financing. The processing actually works too, and is in operation in the UK, and just launched in Germany.
The company’s biggest flaw is they aren’t a bunch of shameless promotors, so it’s under the radar.
