Canadian healthcare companies don't have the greatest track record. Remember CML Healthcare? They used to be a publicly held companty that paid a dividend, but management ran it into the ground and it then got bought out by Lifelabs, which is now owned by a a US company.
Remember Valeant? Management ran it almost into the ground, they've since rebranded as "Bausch Health" and the SP has effectively gone nowhere since 2017, after plunging from $134 down to a low of $11 and change.
I'd stay far away from this one.
