The prerequisite python libraries are usually not downloaded/installed from their respective websites, but rather through Terminal (Mac) or CMD (Windows). Just Google how to install each one and you'll be on your way :-) it's just a few commands that you have to run

I'd love to help you guys out, but I'm a total newb and barely installed all of the prerequisite on my Macbook myself. If I were you I would just google "How to install xyz" prerequisite.
Just remember, in order to run the app, besides the python libraries (AKA prerequisites) you also need the newest version of Python installed + a source-code editor (I use Visual Studio Code which is available on Mac and PC)
Most of these things are installed in CMD (Windows) or Terminal (Mac) and not through executables, that's why tutorial videos are your best bet
