In April BeMetals ($BMET) announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Prospector Metals Corp's ($PPP) non core Eastern Canadian Assets in exchange for Prospector receiving 29,400,000 shares representing 49.9% of the post consolidated BeMetals (10 to 1 consolidation). Prospector intends to distribute these shares on a pro-rata basis to its shareholders for roughly 1 share of the post consolidated Lightning for every 5-6 shares of Prospector held.
