Having spent time in mexico becuase my wife is mexican, Neighbourhood stores lack variety and prices were very high. I went for new years and to buy balloons, hats etc, it cost us about 45 Canadian which would be closer to $20 if we had shopped at a dollarama or a Joi Dollar Plus.
I have a position in this stock but inflation is hitting the Mexican economy and stores like Tiendas BBB which are discount grocery stores are thriving.
Look at the management team, they have serious big players and if they can execute, I could see this stock being $3 dollars in 2027.
