You do you, but why would you sell now after the stock has already dropped -23% from its ATH? Would you need the money soon?
Market is pricing in a lot of negativity while as you mentioned, book value is still growing. Analysts are still forecasting book value per share to grow 9% CAGR in the next 2 years, albeit at a slower pace compared to the last 5 years (12% CAGR previously).
Current P/B valuation of 2.14x is in the lower range of its [10-year historical valuations here](https://drive.google.com/file/d/13jM15-aAaM1XEgyTWIl-hO2KPueMrAIc/view?usp=sharing).
Very close to its lowest valuations of 2018 (1.95x), 2020 (2.12x) and 2021 (2.01x).
