I am not aware of any US-domiciled REIT with holdings specifically in Canadian real estate. There are a few with global / MSCI real estate.
Vanguard [VRE](https://www.vanguard.ca/en/product/etf/equity/9559/vanguard-ftse-canadian-capped-reit-index-etf) is CA-domiciled but publishes [PFIC AIS](https://www.vanguard.ca/en/tools-and-resources/tax-centre) so you can make QEF election on 8621, and it'll be taxed pretty similarly to a US-domiciled ETF.
