I’ll give you a tip. screen shot your setup. As many as you can find winners and losers. Use those as flash cards like we used to use for multiplication and addition and subtraction in school. That allows you to sharpen your eye for your setup. That’ll also help you get your entry and exit down. Look at each one, say, “okay that’s the setup, that’s the entry, that’s the take profit and that’s the stop loss.” Document how much it wins and loses too! It’s like a batting average. If you’re winning 75% of the time, and that is statistically proven, you’re gonna calm the fuck down once you put a number to that.
Also, to stop that emotional roller coaster, stop scaling in, stop putting it break even. Make it a pure winner or a loser. You just simply do not know if you’ll be in the green and then it’ll hit your break even then take off without you. Or you scale in and it’s winning and then it just bombs and you lost 3-5x your normal amount. Fuck ALL of that! Trade small, make it a pure winner or a loser; it hits the take profit or the stop loss. Period. You do that? It’ll make it way less stressful and more fun. I also don’t like reversals. Because I have seen time and time again setups just flip flop and flip flop, next thing you know, you had 4 setups in a row and all 4 lost. No. It wins or it doesn’t. It makes statistics easier and makes emotions go away. Emotions have ZERO room in trading. Once you realize your job is to identify the setup, get in, put the stop loss and take profit at the right spot and just leave it alone, it makes it so much less stressful. If it loses twice stop. It’s obviously not the right conditions. You can keep on trading after that if you want. It’ll gladly go 0-7 against you. And you can play mind games and try and reverse your setup and it’ll all of a sudden start winning and you’ll be holding the shitty end of the stick. No. Just two losers, and call it. If it keeps winning keep taking them. No scaling no break even. Ain’t nothing like putting in a trade and putting something good in the oven, and sit down to watch a favorite show and you hear “ORDER FILLED!” And during that time you made more in a few minutes than you made in a month at your old job. It can be done.
Good luck.

Seedsigner. The only pure open source hardware wallet with ZERO proprietary code. Built totally with general purpose off the shelf hardware and firmware you install separately. Simple to use and good for single sig and multi sig set ups

Gold is not an investment. Gold is money & a hard asset forced savings outside the “system” & the only asset class with ZERO counterparty risk … 🚀

Having invested a little in a few penny stocks that went to ZERO in bankruptcy, it's nice to know that silver at least won't be totally worthless in the future.

I’ve been eating there for years and have noticed ZERO changes since Blackstone acquired a majority stake.
It’s also really cheap lol… I just got lunch for $9.50 in New York. That is unheard of here. Literally cheaper than McDonald’s

Hijacking your very thoughtful, very reasonable, comment to offer a slight reframing:
VTI + VXUS in taxable, ZERO funds in IRA, etc., is (probably) ***theoretically*** optimal for the "average" investor (ignoring even-smaller tinkering like sub-dividing on the basis of dividend payouts, foreign tax credits, etc.)... BUT what is ***theoretically*** optimal may not be ***behaviorally*** optimal for any given investor, including OP. In fact, what turns out to be ***behaviorally*** optimal for a given investor may turn out to be mathematically optimal for that investor in the long run if it improves automation and adherence.

VT or VTI/VXUS or FIDELITY ZERO. In which accounts? DECISION PARALYSIS.

Your instincts are correct. If you are 20-30 years from retirement there is ZERO reason to hold any bonds.
