Dude, thank you for posting this. That email was so vague it was almost useless. You nailed the main issue: they're pulling the rug out from under us with Revolut Pay and ZEN, and giving us zero details on what the new guys actually do.
I quickly looked up the replacement for EUR/DKK: OUITRUST.
It looks like they are basically a business banking service that handles SEPA transfers. What this confirms is that the smooth, one-click experience of using Revolut Pay is definitely dead.
We're not losing SEPA entirely, but they are absolutely forcing us back into the most basic, most regulated lane possible.
* Convenience is Gone: Say goodbye to that sweet, instant Revolut Pay on-ramp. Now it's back to initiating a full bank transfer, even if it is technically SEPA Instant. It's an extra, annoying step.
* Privacy/Choice: You're right, this centralizes everything. It makes tracking the fiat flow to/from Binance easier for every bank and regulator involved. No more slightly different, third-party payment rails.
It feels like Binance is just dumping every non-essential feature to simplify compliance in the EU. A massive downgrade in user experience, honestly. Good luck to anyone trying to get a straight answer from their support on this!

Heyey. So Bifinity will stop letting us to transfer and withdraw fiat; however, ZEN and OUITRUST will provide the same services at the same rates?
It's still confusing, to be honest and a lotta people may withdraw their funds due to lack of transparency about these changes.
For a lot of us it was extremely easy to send to Binance and withdraw from Binance using ZEN.com or "withdraw to card" option.

Just received this email that states after 29th December, we (in the E.U.) won't be able to use Revolut Pay or ZEN to transfer or withdraw fiat anymore.
The email and the FAQ link fail to mention however if and to what extent the other 2 services (OUITRUST for DKK and Euro) and ZEN (for PLN) replacing Bifinity UAB will let us do the same things we used to.
This is all very confusing. They're basically forcing everyone to use only SEPA transfers which are both more regulated (bye little privacy we had through different service providere) and imply higher costs.
