Hey all,
Just wanted to stop by and share a project I've been working on for the past few months. It’s a trading game where you can practice trading crypto (and stocks) on real historical data.
It's still a work in progress but and I’m looking for users who’d like share their thoughts on it. The game currently supports around 200 biggest crypto pairs, including TRX.
How it works:
* You’re given a random asset (crypto or stock) and cutoff date.
* You place a trade with optional stop loss & take profit.
* You fast-forward the chart until the outcome is reached.
No login or signup required to use the site. Ill drop the link to comments if anyone is interested. Would really appreciate the feedback.

Stablecoins are pegged to the dollar, so their value is stable – that's why they're not an 'investment' in the traditional sense. However, the specific one you mentioned, USDD, offers a ~20% yield. You can earn stable returns on that.
On the other hand, TRX is a cryptocurrency, and its price appreciates partly due to the Tron blockchain's deep involvement in USDT issuance. But you can also earn passively on TRX through staking. For instance, Cryptomus offers a 20% APY on TRX staking.

The 16% is coming from people buying tron in order to pay the lenders of energy. That APY is not coming from printing.
The APY that comes fron printing is the one that voters or SRs receive.
It jus check the inflation rate of TRX, it is like 3.6% anual right now, wich is bad if you dont stake or sell your energy.

**The stocks with the best growth potential over the next 5 years**
I took everyone’s comments from previous threads and consolidated them into one scientifically assessed, balanced summary. Please add new comments and form a discussion so that I can update this further.

**Key Insights on High-Potential Investments**
It seems likely that **nuclear energy options such as OKLO and NNE** could benefit from the rapidly growing power demands of AI data centers and cloud infrastructure. However, delays in reactor approvals, regulatory processes, and commercialization timelines may temper near-term gains despite strong long-term potential.
Evidence leans toward **stable technology giants like AMZN and GOOGL** offering more reliable, lower-risk returns due to diversified revenue streams, strong cash flow, and dominant cloud and AI platforms. In contrast, **speculative picks such as SERV and QS** carry higher execution risk, as they rely on early-stage technologies that may face development setbacks, funding challenges, or slower-than-expected adoption.
In digital assets, **cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH** appear positioned as long-term core holdings supported by institutional adoption, ETFs, and expanding use cases. Meanwhile, **meme-oriented assets such as DOGE and SHIB** remain highly volatile, driven largely by sentiment rather than fundamentals, and should be approached cautiously.
**Top Stock Recommendations**
Based on analyst consensus, the preferred strategy is to focus on **diversified exposure across AI, energy, aerospace, and EV-related sectors**.
* **PLTR** (current price around **$193**) holds a consensus *hold* rating with price targets suggesting modest upside, but longer-term AI monetization could unlock higher returns.
* **NVDA** (around **$181**) shows stronger *buy* sentiment driven by AI infrastructure dominance and accelerating data-center demand.
* **Space-sector plays like ASTS** (around **$76**) offer asymmetric upside through potential telecom disruption, though execution, satellite deployment timing, and capital requirements remain key risks to monitor.
**Cryptocurrency Outlook**
**Bitcoin (BTC)** at roughly **$88,000** and **Ethereum (ETH)** near **$3,000** remain market leaders, with long-term projections extending toward **$300,000 for BTC** and **$8,000 for ETH by 2030**, supported by increasing adoption, institutional inflows, and network utility.
Higher-growth alternatives such as **Solana (SOL)** and **XRP** may deliver outsized returns but face competitive pressures, regulatory uncertainty, and technological risks that warrant disciplined position sizing.
**Investment Tips**
* **Diversify across sectors** to balance stability and growth.
* **Start small**, especially with speculative assets, and scale positions over time.
* Use **stop-loss strategies** to manage downside risk.
* **Limit cryptocurrency exposure to 5–10%** of the overall portfolio due to elevated volatility.

I’m pretty new too, so these questions don’t feel dumb at all. I got confused by the same thing early on. The way I’ve come to understand it is that when you buy ETH or TRX, you’re buying the native asset of that blockchain, not the blockchain itself as an abstract thing. The chain is the network and infrastructure, and the coin is what’s used to transact and pay fees on it. Stablecoins like USDD just live on top of those chains. For BTC and ETH, transactions are recorded on their own separate blockchains. They don’t really “talk” to each other directly unless there’s some bridge or wrapped version involved, which added another layer of confusion for me at first. I’m still learning the ecosystem side, but since I’ve been focusing more on price action lately, I’ve been trying to separate understanding the tech from understanding how price behaves on charts. Tools like ChartScanner.ai helped me visualize structure, but the fundamentals part definitely takes time to click. Curious how others here explain this simply, because I still feel like I’m refining my mental model.

# I took everyone’s comments from previous threads and consolidated them into one scientifically assessed, balanced summary.
**Key Insights on High-Potential Investments**
* It seems likely that nuclear options such as OKLO and NNE could rise with energy needs for data centers, but delays in tech rollout may temper gains.
* Evidence leans toward stable tech giants like AMZN and GOOGL offering reliable returns, while speculative picks like SERV and QS involve higher risks from early-stage innovations.
* Cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH appear positioned as long-term holds with institutional support, but meme coins such as DOGE and SHIB carry significant volatility and limited fundamentals.
**Top Stock Recommendations**
Based on analyst consensus, focus on diversified picks across AI, energy, and EVs. For example, PLTR (current price around $193) has a hold rating with targets implying modest upside, while NVDA ($181) shows stronger buy sentiment for AI dominance. Include space plays like ASTS ($76) for potential telecom disruption, but hedge against execution risks.
**Cryptocurrency Outlook**
BTC (around $88,000) and ETH ($3,000) lead with projections up to $300,000 and $8,000 by 2030, driven by adoption. Altcoins like SOL and XRP offer higher growth but face competition.
**Investment Tips**
Diversify across sectors, start small, and use stop-losses. Limit crypto to 5-10% of your portfolio due to risks.
**Comprehensive Analysis of Growth Investments for 2025-2030**
This report merges insights from Reddit discussions on potential 10x stocks, a curated portfolio of high-growth assets, detailed assessments of individual tickers, cryptocurrency forecasts, day trading recommendations, and investor tips. Drawing from analyst data as of December 21, 2025, it emphasizes sectors like AI, nuclear energy, aerospace, and digital assets, while addressing omissions from initial lists and providing balanced views on risks and opportunities. The analysis incorporates updated prices, projections, and consensus ratings from sources like Yahoo Finance, CoinCodex, and TipRanks, highlighting hedging for uncertainties such as market volatility, regulatory hurdles, and technological execution.
**Overview of Stock Portfolio**
The merged portfolio includes 30 stocks, combining Reddit-suggested contenders (e.g., ASTS, RZLV from [ r/stockstobuytoday ](https://www.reddit.com/r/stockstobuytoday/) ) with the provided high-potential list (e.g., PLTR, NVDA). Rankings prioritize estimated 5-year returns based on midpoint analyst forecasts, adjusted for current prices and sector tailwinds. Buy confidence reflects ratings (e.g., 80% for strong buy consensus) and risks like unprofitability. Key growth drivers focus on disruptive trends, with hedging for debates (e.g., nuclear commercialization timelines).
Notable integrations: Missing stocks from the initial Reddit assessment (ASTS, RZLV, LUNR, SMR) are added back where forecasts support inclusion, as their omission likely stemmed from limited long-term data or mixed ratings. For instance, ASTS's satellite tech aligns with space themes in RKLB, while SMR complements nuclear peers like OKLO despite hold ratings.

26 |AVGO |Broadcom |Semiconductors |342.00 |80-120 |75 |AI exposure and dividends. This table reflects merged data: Reddit picks (e.g., ASTS ranked high for 200-500% potential) integrate with portfolio staples. Returns are conservative midpoints from analysts (e.g., PLTR's hold rating tempers to 300-500%, down from optimistic 476%). Risks include high betas (e.g., NNE at 3.61) and negative EPS for many (e.g., ASTS -1.27 in 2025).
**Detailed Stock Assessments**
**AI and Tech Leaders**: PLTR's revenue surged 62% YoY in Q3 2025, with targets at $184-193 implying neutral to slight upside, but long-term AI growth could exceed if commercial adoption accelerates. NVDA dominates with 30%+ growth forecasts, though trade restrictions pose risks. NBIS, with MSFT/META ties, projects ARR to $7-9B by 2026.
**Space and Aerospace**: ASTS (from Reddit) forecasts 342% revenue growth to $254M in 2026, disrupting telecom, but delays loom. RKLB's 71% YoY revenue and LUNR's $2.3B backlog support space race bets, though competition from SpaceX adds uncertainty.
**Nuclear Energy**: OKLO and NNE target AI power needs, with SMR's modular reactors eyeing profitability by 2030. Forecasts show 209% growth for SMR to $124M in 2026, but regulatory delays debate viability.
**Speculative Picks**: RZLV's ARR guidance to $150M in 2025 shatters estimates, with 300%+ upside. QS and SERV remain pre-revenue bets on batteries and robotics, with high volatility.
**Stable Giants**: AMZN and GOOGL provide anchors, with AWS and AI driving 80-160% returns, less risky than small-caps.
**Explanation of Omissions and Integrations**
Initial Reddit assessments highlighted ASTS, RZLV, LUNR, and SMR as contenders for 10x returns due to disruptive potential, but they were omitted in some portfolios possibly for sparse 5-year data or hold ratings. Here, they're reintegrated: ASTS's undervaluation (61% per DCF) and RZLV's strong buy consensus justify high ranks. LUNR's volatile EPS (-300% in 2025) and SMR's mixed ratings (hold/reduce) add caution, but energy demands support inclusion. Retained picks like OKLO align closely, with $1.2B cash buffering risks.
**Cryptocurrency Portfolio**
Cryptos offer explosive potential amid adoption, but volatility requires caution. Projections average from sources like CoinPriceForecast and Binance.

Bitcoin is a blockchain
Ethereum is a blockchain
TRON is a blockchain
BTC is the native currency of Bitcoin. You send BTC on the Bitcoin network, and you pay for transaction fees with BTC.
ETH is the native currency of Ethereum. You can send ETH on the Ethereum network and you pay for transaction fees with ETH.
TRX is the native currency of TRON. You can send TRX on the TRON network and you pay for transaction fees with TRX.
Ethereum and TRON support smart contracts, these are applications which can facilitate a bunch of different functionalities. USDD or USDC or USDT are stablecurrencies. These are tokens that are controlled by smart contracts on TRON and Ethereum. Uniswap is a decentralized exchange where you can exchange tokens, it's controlled by a smart contract on Ethereum.
You can't buy "Ethereum", you can buy ETH which is also known as Ether. Same with TRON. You can't buy TRON, you can buy TRX also known as Tronix.
A blockchain is a database with contains "blocks" of transactions. Every single transaction on the network is public and recorded on the ledger. BTC transactions on the Bitcoin network, ETH or USDC transactions on the Ethereum network.
Here's the latest Ethereum block: https://etherscan.io/block/24063970
Bitcoin can't communicate with other chains, it has very limited programming functionality. Ethereum or TRON however can communicate with other networks, but there's a bunch of security and centraliztion challenges when it comes to cross chain communication.

Your TRON/Ethereum confusion:
TRX is the native token of the TRON blockchain. USDD is a stablecoin that runs ON the TRON blockchain. You're not "investing in the blockchain" you're buying tokens that exist on it.When you buy ETH, you're buying Ether - the token. "Ethereum" is the blockchain network, "Ether" (ETH) is the currency. People conflate the terms. You're buying the token, not "the blockchain itself" - that doesn't even make sense as a concept.
"Are these transactions recorded on their blockchains?"
Yes. When you buy BTC, the transaction is recorded on Bitcoin's blockchain. When you buy ETH, it's on Ethereum's blockchain. Each blockchain is its own isolated ledger.
"Do they communicate with each other?"
No. Bitcoin and Ethereum blockchains don't natively "talk" to each other. They're separate networks. Bridges exist to move assets between chains, but those are third-party solutions with their own risks. You're asking basic questions about blockchain architecture while considering "investing" in TRON and Ethereum. That's backwards. You're trying to gamble before you understand what you're gambling on.
Here's what you should actually do:
Don't buy anything yet. You don't understand the basics, which means you'll lose money.
Learn the difference between:
Layer 1 blockchains (Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON) - the base networks
Native tokens (BTC, ETH, TRX) - currencies that power those networks
Tokens built ON blockchains (USDD, USDT, random shitcoins) - assets that exist on top of L1s
Understand this brutal fact: 95% of crypto projects are designed to extract money from people who ask questions like yours. You're the target customer for exit liquidity.
Specific to your question about TRON:
TRON (TRX) is mostly known for:
Hosting Tether (USDT) - the largest stablecoin
Cheap transaction fees
Being heavily centralized (Justin Sun controls most of it)
USDD is TRON's algorithmic stablecoin (similar to failed Terra/UST that collapsed)
Buying TRX is NOT "investing in the blockchain infrastructure." You're buying a token that may or may not increase in value based on speculation, usage, and whether Justin Sun decides to do something stupid.
The gritty advice:
If you're this early in understanding, you have two options:
Option 1: Learn first, invest later
Spend 3-6 months understanding how blockchains work
Learn tokenomics, market cycles, technical analysis
Paper trade (fake money) until you understand what you're doing
THEN consider putting real money in
Option 2: Accept you're gambling and act accordingly
Put 90% in Bitcoin (the only crypto with 15-year track record)
Put 5-10% in learning mistakes with small amounts
Don't touch anything with "innovative features" or "better than Ethereum" claims
Expect to lose the 5-10%
What you should NOT do:
Buy USDD (algorithmic stablecoin with collapse risk)
Buy TRX thinking you're "investing in blockchain infrastructure"
Buy random alts because articles mention them
Invest significant money before understanding basics

If we can't ask dumb beginner questions here, is there another forum that is more crypto education?
I just read an article about TRON and Ethereum. So I looked up the Tron stablecoin USDD, and you can buy it. But you can also buy Tron ("TRX" ?) itself. Isn't Tron the blockchain? The blockchain platform on which their coin(s) and other smart contracts and dapps operate? So you can invest in the blockchain itself, as well as their stablecoin?
When it says buy ETH, are you buying the blockchain Ethereum or their coin Ether?
And this might be obvious but if I buy Ether or BTC, are these transactions being recorded on their own respective blockchains? And do they communicate with each other?
Obviously I'm a newbie and I'm trying to understand the landscape. Thanks.

I'd like to reflect a little on the prices in Crypto land, without going into any news articles. This is purely what I see and is based only on publicly available charts. See this as a way for me to log what I see and to involve you in how I'm thinking.

None of this is financial advice; do your own research.

As markets are always unpredictable, especially in cryptoland, I'm always looking up and down, so I'll do the same in this post as well. I'll be looking at the top 10 coins here (excluding stables). If you would like me to cover a token, comment down below, and I'll reply. The forward outlook I provide is for next week, at most, the next 2 weeks.

Bitcoin (BTC):
On the daily candlestick time frame, Bitcoin looks very choppy. On the 15-minute candlestick time frame, Bitcoin looks like it's having a seizure. Over the week, Bitcoin has been down around 0.1% to 0.5%, at the time of writing, so it's not a lot. That is mainly because it has recovered about 4.5% from this week's low. What I'm seeing in the charts is a descending broadening wedge; these break out bullish more often than not. If it does, 100k looks likely to be new resistance, as it has been before. If BTC doesn't go up, there's a

Etherium (ETH):
A little more down 2.6% on the week as of writing. So far, Etherium has still held support of $2600 and, similar to BTC, Etherium looks to be in a descending broadening wedge. Right now, ETH is sitting at 2975. If it continues up trending and breaks out, I'm looking for resistance between $3300 and $3600. When it turns bearish, I'd be looking at the $2600 Support level again.

BNB:
Looking back, we're looking up at a steeper peak here. From the top, we're 38% down here; from last week, we're down nearly 3%. What I'm seeing here is a falling wedge with a breakout on November 25th and a retest on December 1st. Since then, it's trending upwards, and it held support only 3 days ago at $820. When it breaks out bearish, I'll be looking for support around $735. If BNB continues trending upwards, resistance looks to be around $940.

XRP:
Compared to BTC, ETH, and BNB, XRP stands out from them all. Although similar to all, XRP has been trending downward in the overall picture. 2 Days ago, it made a low at $1.769, which has been support before, and is now sitting at $1.917. If XRP continues going up and breaking out of the downward trend, the first resistance level lies between $2.20 and $2.30. If it turns around, I'll be looking for support around $1.60 to $1.70.

Solana (SOL):
On the big picture, Solana has been trading sideways between $100 and $250 for the past 2 years. Right now, it looks like it has found support at $118, so if it keeps this support, the next resistance looks to be around $146. On the downside, support could be found at $95 to $110.

Tron (TRX):
Today, Tron seems to be breaking out of its downtrend, sitting at a nice $0.287 as of writing this. If Tron can stay above this trend, it should find support around this level later, as this could act as resistance now. If Tron keeps uptrending, I see a resistance level at $0.30. If Tron is incapable of breaking its current resistance and turns around, support could be found at $0.27 and $0.25.

Dogecoin (DOGE):
Doge also looks like it has found support at $0.12 just 2 days ago. But it's now budding against some resistance, which acted as support before. If it fails to break through above $0.135, then I would look for new support at $0.10 to $0.09. If Doge manages to break through, I see the next resistance at $0.15.

Cardano (ADA):
Having a similar structure as the previous three coins or so, Cardano looks to have found support at $0.347, but like Doge, Cardano is battling against a small resistance level and seems to be failing to break through today. So if Cardano can't break through, I see the next support level between $0.32 and $0.27. For the upward potential, if Cardano manages to break out of its downtrend, I see the Next resistance at $0.48.

So these were the top 10 Coins. I wanted to do the top 20 first, but I thought this post would become too long, so I stopped here. On r/Theta_Network, I posted a more in-depth reflection on the Theta Network tokens, so if you hold Theta or adjacent tokens, check it out here:
[https://www.reddit.com/r/theta\_network/comments/1psd2hs/last\_weeks\_price\_movements/](https://www.reddit.com/r/theta_network/comments/1psd2hs/last_weeks_price_movements/)

Lastly, what do you think could happen to these coins in the coming week?

The discussion isn't about "alts following BTC" or not, it's about market manipulation etc.
Regarding alts following BTC please clarify what you mean. Follow in direction regardless of size of the move? If BTC falls 5% and an ALT falls 95% does this suffice your criteria or you mean opposite direction?
Aside from that and from what you mean, what really matters in investments is the performance of an asset in a big timeframe. Let's take where the price of the top 9 coins(excluding stables)stand compared to their ATH of the previous cycle (2021 peak).
Bitcoin (BTC): +30%
BNB (BNB): +23%
XRP (XRP): –33%
TRON (TRX): –35%
Ethereum (ETH): –38%
Solana (SOL): –52%
Chainlink (LINK) –64%
Dogecoin (DOGE): –82%
Cardano (ADA): –88%

Quick status update for anyone following along:
The DEMt bridge has been live for a few days now.
Instead of running a presale or incentives, we’re bootstrapping the first DEMt/TRX pool manually.
Community contributions + my own daily adds have brought us to ~50% of the required TRX so far.
No hype, no VC, no marketing budget — just slow, transparent progress.
Once the pool is live, price discovery and actual usage can begin.
Until then, it’s just building step by step.
Not financial advice, obviously — just sharing where things stand.
