Regulations differ from country to country, and in the case of Asia, I heard that Binance is no longer available through the Google Play Store in Korea.
In Japan, it's possible to trade using Japanese Yen (JPY), but what about Vietnam?

As far as I know, Binance is the most popular cryptocurrency exchange in Vietnam too — is that still the case?
