This is the response Support gave me (I’d share the screenshot, but it looks like there’s no option here):
“Thank you for patiently waiting on the line. As per checking here on my end, The fees page is not incorrect; it is likely displaying the specific Tier O details within a larger table. As of late 2025/early 2026, Binance.US has expanded its Tier 0 program to over 20 pairs, including many you previously remembered.
For these Tier 0 pairs, all users, regardless of volume, pay 0% maker fees and a minimal 0.01% taker fee.
Supported Tier O Pairs
The full list of supported Tier 0 pairs (using USD or USDT quotes)
includes:
• BTC/USD, ETH/USD, SOL/USD,
BNB/USD, ADA/USD, AVAX/
USD, VET/USD, POL/USD, ATOM/USD, ONE/USD, DOT/ USD, NEAR/USD, SUI/USD, FET/USD, LPT/USD.
• XTZ/USDT, ROSE/USDT, KSM/
USDT, KAVA/USDT, T/USDT,
ONT/USDT, CELR/USDT,
AUDIO/USDT.
There were previously specific BTC and ETH pairs with stablecoins
(USDC, BUSD, USDT) that had 0% fees, and some of those v.? adjusted to this new 0.01 ker fee model”
