1. You have nominated only two validators, both with 0% commission. In my opinion, this is not the best strategy. While you may currently be receiving the maximum rewards, at some point, selecting these validators is likely to increase their commission, since keeping it at 0% is not sustainable. In this [article](https://support.polkadot.network/support/solutions/articles/65000150130-how-do-i-know-which-validators-to-choose-), you'll find the best practices to select validators wisely. Could you please confirm that you have the possibility to select your validators manually?
2. You have bonded 250 DOT. At the moment, the minimum required to receive rewards is also 250 DOT, but this does not guarantee that you will actually receive them, since the minimum on Polkadot is dynamic. I would recommend either adding a few more DOT to your stake or participating in nomination pools, although I believe Ellipal does not support this option.
That said, it is likely that you will earn rewards in the next era, but you need to improve your setup, otherwise, you may not receive rewards every day.
