Braintrust is a decentralized talent network that connects skilled, vetted knowledge workers with the world's leading companies. The community that relies on Braintrust to find work are the same people who own and build it, ensuring the network always serves the needs of its users, instead of a centrally-controlled corporation. Since the community of knowledge workers and contributors earns ownership and control of Braintrust through its native BTRST token for its contributions to the network and its growth, new talent and jobs have participated in the network at record speeds. The Braintrust Platform Braintrust is a decentralized talent network designed to replace the fragmented recruiting systems with a liquid, algorithmically controlled marketplace, governed by network participants. The network runs on the Ethereum blockchain with a native token called BTRST, which users earn by introducing and onboarding clients (demand) and talent (supply) to the network. In addition, clients use BTRST to enhance their job postings and talent uses BTRST to enhance their proposals or take courses to level up their skills. Governance Lastly, by forking the Compound governance protocol, we've enabled a one-token, one-vote system that gives token holders proportional control over how the network is governed. These native token uses provide strong incentives to both earn BTRST by helping to grow the network and hold BTRST to vote in the best interest of the network. Braintrust refer to this incentive alignment as the Ownership economy.
