$600/week. Jesus.
Congratulations on the beginning.
I hope you learn more than just watching price/volatility.
I hope you explore the history of the current monetary system, and how BTC fits in today’s economy.

I stopped looking after I didn’t swap more ETH to BTC at the 0.08 level. Now it just makes me sad.
I have lost all faith in Ethereum and hope I can dump these bags

What's so special about the ETH/BTC ratio lately?
I see a chart.

Hi everyone,
I'm based in India and have an older Exness account that is still active.
I'm trying to understand the most practical way to:
* Deposit funds into my Exness account.
* Withdraw trading profits back to India.
* Keep taxes as low as possible through available options.
I've seen people mention:
* Direct bank deposits/withdrawals.
* Crypto (USDT/BTC) deposits and withdrawals.
* Binance or other exchanges.
* Offshore bank accounts (for NRIs).
* Different business structures.
There is a lot of conflicting information online, and I'm not sure what actually works in 2026.
For those who are actively using Exness from India:
* How are you funding your account?
* How are you withdrawing profits?
* Which method has been the smoothest?
* What taxes do you actually end up paying?
* Have you consulted a CA familiar with offshore forex trading?
I'm looking for real-world experiences and practical advice from people who have been using Exness from India.
Thanks!

I know most look at price, but my comment was purely about fundamentals. BTC,ETH,LTC and several others from the early days are showing on chain growth. Not death like one would expect if they were indeed worthless

Kraken has Buy with Kraken funds. $90 gets you $10k if BTC and if your long play goes up by 12% you get roughly $1,200 in BTC. So more or less betting

You can tell how close the bottom is by how little comments are in the daily discussion. The daily is about as dead as when BTC crabbed in the 16K range in 2022.

Claim: "Non-mining nodes have no power. If they shut off, nothing happens."

This betrays a complete lack of understanding of Nakamoto consensus. Miners do not dictate protocol rules; they only order valid transactions.
If 100% of miners colluded tomorrow to increase the supply cap to 100 million coins or steal funds, every independent full node run by users, exchanges, payment processors, and merchants would reject those blocks as invalid. The miners would be mining a private, useless fork while burning real-world electricity for $0 in spendable rewards. Full nodes set the rules; miners work within those boundaries.
Claim: "UASF was a Core fairy tale. Chinese miners were pressured in secret meetings."

The New York Agreement (NYA) was literally a corporate coalition of over 80% of hash rate and major CEOs trying to force SegWit2x and big blocks onto the network.
The User-Activated Soft Fork (BIP148) defeated the corporate cartel because economic full nodes (exchanges, users, merchants) signaled that they would reject blocks from miners who didn't enforce SegWit. Miners backed down because they realized mining a chain rejected by economic nodes meant mining worthless coins. The market and individual node runners defeated the miner cartel.
Claim: "BCH synced in 1.5 hours! You don't need to verify everything; Bitcoin is built on incentives, not verification."

A BCH node synced in 1.5 hours because BCH blocks are virtually empty due to lack of adoption—not because of superior code.
Furthermore, claiming "you don't need to verify everything" literally abandons Satoshi's core objective: "Don't trust, verify." If you rely on third-party server farms to tell you the state of the ledger, you aren't using a decentralized, trustless currency—you're just querying a corporate database with extra steps.
Claim: "Lightning Network is the banking system rebuilt."

The Lightning Network is an optional, non-custodial layer where anyone can run a node, open self-sovereign channels, or use alternative protocols (like Ark or Fedimint).
By contrast, forcing all global micro-transactions onto Layer 1 guarantees that running a base-layer full node requires enterprise-grade data centers. That forces structural centralization at the base layer, making trustlessness impossible. Keeping Layer 1 lightweight ensures individual sovereignty remains intact.
Claim: "Medium of exchange follows utility; nobody picked something up and called it a store of value."

Monetary history (from Nick Szabo’s Shelling Out to Carl Menger’s origin of money) proves that monetary goods (gold, silver, collectibles) were hoarded as stores of value due to their durability and scarcity long before they achieved broad acceptance as media of exchange.
No rational actor accepts or holds an asset as money if its purchasing power continuously degrades. An asset must prove itself as a store of value before the market will ever adopt it as a widespread unit of account.
Claim: "Tether printed unbacked USDT to artificially buy BTC."

Independent attestations from BDO show Tether holds over $140 billion in U.S. Treasury exposure, making it one of the largest holders of U.S. debt in the world.
USDT is heavily used on Tron, Ethereum, and Solana for global dollar liquidity across emerging markets. USDT trades on the exact same exchanges against BCH as it does against BTC. If Tether had the power to artificially pump assets, why did the market reject BCH on every single exchange where USDT is traded? The market chose BTC.

Since there‘s nobody competent able to make any changes to the BTC codebase, that‘ll be difficult. I believe they‘re working on their proof of ticktack.

Nah, I think you’re seeing something real. ETH still follows BTC, but every bounce feels weaker lately. The ratio needs to show some actual strength before I’d call this just noise
