BTC was punished for half a year and now it is taking on its own life just when the Nasdaq goes into doubt. But beware, three weeks are not a trend. If this is real decoupling, we will see it when tech rebounds and BTC maintains strength. If not, it was just an oversold rally taking advantage of the noise of earnings and AI capex.

Wild to think how many people sold at 70k thinking they were geniuses. The ones who held through all the panic are probably feeling pretty good right about now.

My portfolio is mostly alts so I'm not seeing these numbers but at least my tiny BTC bag is carrying things. Still kicking myself for not buying more during the last big dip.

Wonder if we will see a pullback soon or if this is just the start. Charts look insane.

I am leaning out of crypto actually. I hate the term DIAMOND HANDS! It feels very cultish to me. I run some BTC miners, so I do still have skin in the game and thats enough. But basing your investment approach to simply ITS GOING TO MOOOOOON! ? And DCAing? I would say educate yourself to other income streams right now. And look WAY outside of crypto

the realistic number of **additional people who could still acquire 0.01 BTC at current availability** is probably far below 1.2–1.5 billion due to lost coins, corporate and government long term holdings

Saying BTC is down while another market or sector is up (or vice versa) is asinine. Nothing of the sort determines the value or strength of Bitcoin.

A month is nothing. There's more bear to go. We're going head on into a high recession possibility this fall or early next year. People aren't going to have money, BTC will have to be sold along with the stocks and foreclosures made on commercial properties that businesses can't afford anymore.
Where I think you're right is the bottom. It probably won't go much under $50k since most hard-liners will never sell that low and will actually be sucking it all up around that point but it's definitely not going to stay where it is or keep rising. The summer is still going ok but the drag will eventually weigh on everything. Trump can't do anything about it. He's making the coming pain worse with his "war" on Iran. About the only thing he could do to save the residential home market is create the 50 year backed mortgages but that's just a small kick of the can down the road and then we'll be right back to where we are, just waiting for prices to collapse. Everything is too expensive and BTC is probably still priced too high but obviously not as ridiculously as it was a year ago.

The framing of 'decoupling' after a few weeks always makes me cautious — six months of correlation vs. three weeks of divergence isn't a strong enough sample to call a regime change yet. Rate cut odds and ETF flow data would be the two things I'd actually watch here rather than the price action itself.
If BTC keeps holding above the 50-month EMA (\~$65,600) while Nasdaq keeps chopping through earnings season, that's a better signal than the bounce alone. But a single Fed decision (July 28-29 meeting) could easily reverse this within days — I'd hold off calling it 'genuine decoupling' until it survives a full macro cycle, not just a quiet few weeks.

Not sure if there’s a Gold Souk in Ajman. But I know there’s at least a couple of spots in Dubai - Gold Souk Dubai and its extension and Gold and Diamonds Park at Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Gold Souk is closer to Ajman.
There are many shops that sell PAMP, Valcambi, BTC, Emirates Mint, etc. My suggestion is to buy at shops that have XRF machines so you can test it out. Not all PAMP bars have veriscan.
Coins generally have higher margins than bars. From my limited experience, 3-4% above spot is reasonable. Don’t buy from airport unless you don’t mind burning cash for excessive premiums.
Some shops allow bank transfer but you may need a couple of hours for your bank to register the shops’ account numbers. Credit cards will have additional 2%.

It's going to drop further until BTC rallies and hits a new ATH, but SHIB is never reaching it's ATH again. Sell anything you've got is it's in the green.

I have a BTC for my META 600/585p spreads expiring today for .50. META is looking strong right now so I'm just gonna let theta do its thing. I have a stop loss in place in case things go bad.
STO AVGO Aug 440/450c for 1.25 as a hedge against shares.
Got assigned INTC at 94. I put in an order to sell the Aug 104c for 5.00, but missed the fill and it looks like semis are going down today.

How are you positioning yourself before the next bull run?
Are you:
• DCAing into BTC or ETH
• Buying altcoins early
• Keeping funds in stablecoins for dips
• Actively trading
• Building or automating trading strategies
• Simply holding your current portfolio
I’m curious what everyone’s plan is, and what signals would convince you that the bull run has actually started.
I'm still sidelined with investing, waiting for a bigger dip and building complex quant trading strategies to maximize the next bull run potential.

The latest data shows Bitcoin’s long-term holder net position change reaching its strongest accumulation level in roughly six years.
That’s more significant than it might look at first glance.
Long-term holders are effectively absorbing more BTC from the market, reducing the amount of supply readily available for trading. And unlike short-term price movements, this kind of behavior tends to reflect a much deeper shift in market structure.
It suggests that investors with longer time horizons are becoming increasingly comfortable holding and adding to their positions despite the uncertainty around the broader market.
This is also why on-chain data can be so valuable. Price tells us what the market is doing right now. Holder behavior can give us a better idea of what participants are positioning for next.
If this accumulation trend continues, the amount of liquid BTC available to the market could keep tightening.
Bitcoin may not be making the loudest noise right now, but underneath the surface, something important is happening: long-term conviction is coming back.

How many daily users can BTC have? How many daily users can BCH have?
One is fixed and already at its maximum, the other can grow.
Don't get angry with me for stating facts.
