You mentioned PFC and REC in the mental model, as it only makes sense to buy when the P/B ratio compresses to 0.7-0.8 as thats where the new cycle will start. Looks like its trading around those zones, wouldnt it then make sense to purchase from a tactical view even if its not a long term compounder of capital?

The dividends need to justify the declining price. I hope it works out well for you. Im accumulating dividend paying govt stocks like balmer lawrie, IOC, REC tgat will go up once the wr ends.
