In the context of a fixed income instrument, the question basically boils down to whether you want 99.55% of a 5% yield (LQID), or 99.91% of a 3.5% yield (SGOV). That's an oversimplification of the math and a conflation of two different assets, but it's how I think about expense ratios.

Because the fund is less than a year old, I expect the first year's distributions to be taxed as short term capital gains. After the first year we should start seeing long term/qualified dividend taxation.
Tax info is on page 33 of the prospectus: [https://documents.services.kurvinvest.com/Prospectus/Kurv\_P\_LQID.pdf](https://documents.services.kurvinvest.com/Prospectus/Kurv_P_LQID.pdf)

Any idea what might be the anticipated tax efficiency of LQID?

Thanks. I have discovered SGOV, USFR, & XHLF.. soooo many more options more or less seemingly equivalent. I agree. I have become obsessed and am now yield chasing.. whole point for me was holding some short to medium term cash outside of pure liquid in a 3% hysa.
Just on this thread someone else posted this site and I added a few.
