\- To good to be true financing, walang paper trail ung mga binabayad mo at napupunta lang mismo sa agent na kausap mo.
\- Visit their other projects na tapos na and see the quality for yourself. kailangan siguro super old kung maganda pa rin and look for the license to build din nung property na yon. If hindi maganda ung property, medj red flag rin
\- You can ask also "Have they actually finished a project of this scale before? How about the permits, am I getting clear answers about that?"
