The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Aptus Behavioral Momentum Index. The index uses an objective, rules-based methodology to implement a systematic trend-following strategy that directs 100% of its exposure to either equity exposure or treasure exposure. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index. The fund generally may invest up to 20% of its total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) in securities or other investments not included in the index, but which the Adviser believes will help the fund track the index. It is non-diversified.
