Serica Energy Plc (AIM: SQZ) is pleased to announce the completion of the acquisition of a portfolio of Southern North Sea assets (the ‘Acquired Assets’) from Spirit Energy Limited (‘Spirit Energy’) and certain affiliates, strengthening Serica’s production base and reserves (‘the Transaction’).
