On Sept. 15, the big crypto market structure bill, the Clarity Act, failed to pass a procedural vote in the Senate. It probably won't get another shot at passage this year. But largely thanks to the new blockchain launched this summer by Robinhood Markets , there are a couple of altcoins positioned to keep growing rapidly regardless of the setback in Congress.
