NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LionShares announces today the liquidation of the LionShares U.S. Equity Total Return ETF (NYSE Arca: TOT). The Fund will allow creation and redemption of units through October 26, 2026, which will be the last day of trading on the NYSE Arca, Inc. On or about October 28, 2026, the Fund will cease operations, liquidate assets and prepare to distribute proceeds to shareholders of record.
