(RTTNews) - Gilead Sciences, Inc. (GILD), a biopharmaceutical company, announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire investigational oral IL-23R inhibitor program, including lead asset HCXT-2001, from privately held PepStar Therapeutics Ltd.
