Scalable Capital expands ETF offering
Scalable Capital is expanding its ETF offering with a distributing share class of the Scalable World ETF (Scalable MSCI AC World Xtrackers UCITS ETF 1D, ISIN: LU3444998531).
The firm writes that designed as an All-Country World ETF, it is designed to provide the ideal global core investment – consistently optimised for maximum net returns through hybrid replication.
Following the success of the accumulating version (SCWX), with over EUR850 million in assets under management, this distributing share class (Dist) has also been launched with Xtrackers, the ETF division of DWS.
Key facts about the distributing share class ETF:
Quarterly distributions: Direct access to recurring income from over 2,400 equities across 47 developed and emerging markets within a single ETF – featuring quarterly payouts deposited directly into the client’s clearing account.
0% per cent TER: The regular total expense ratio is waived for the new distributing share class until the end of 2027.
Performance edge via hybrid replication: Like the accumulating variant, the distributing version utilises a hybrid replication method. By selectively combining physical replication with synthetic swaps – such as to exempt US dividend withholding taxes at the fund level – net performance is structurally optimised.
Strong track record: From its inception on 20 December 2024, through 30 September 2026, the Scalable World ETF (SCWX) achieved a return of 26.73 per cent (compared to 26.20 per cent for its benchmark, the MSCI ACWI, and 23.41 per cent for the MSCI World).
