BCE sells 49.9% stake in new wireless tower company to La Caisse for $2.45B
BCE Inc. has signed a deal to sell a 49.9 per cent stake of a new company that will own and operate its wireless towers to Quebec investment manager La Caisse for $2.45 billion.
