New number of shares and votes in Ambea AB ( publ )
Ambea AB ( publ ) (”Ambea”) today announces that the number of shares and votes in Ambea has changed as a result of new share issues carried out in connection with Ambea’s public takeover offer to the shareholders in Humana AB (“Humana”).
The new share issues were made pursuant to the authorisation granted by the Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2026 and were carried out on two occasions, on 1 October and 15 October 2026, respectively.
